Teacher Guidelines Approved by the Board
August, 1994

• Receives compensation for teaching classes.
• Have taught 20 or more students in the past year.
• Be considered a professional teacher when entering cake shows.
• Be able to work with different types of icing, i.e. buttercream, royal, rolled fondant, etc.
• Fill out the ICES-Approved Teacher List Application form for the scholarship committee.
