ICES promotes the art of cake decorating by awarding one or more annual scholarships to applicants deemed most likely to develop and promote the art form.   Contact your local representative for a scholarship application or print out the scholarship request form below and send it to the Scholarship Committee Chairman to be postmarked no later than January 15th for current year's award.

Scholarship Rules

ICES is always looking for additional qualified teachers for our scholarship winners.  If you would like to join the list of approved teachers, please review our teacher requirements and, if qualified, send your request to the ICES Scholarship Committee Chairman for consideration.

ICES Memorial

In Kansas City the Board established the ICES Memorial Fund for scholarships. We have been asked by some members to have this memorial fund so that they can contribute to it in their loved one s name.

If you would like to make a donation in memory of a loved one, please send it to the Scholarship Chairman listed in the back of the newsletter.
